Opening Times and Prices for Summer 2010
We will be open 7 days a week in the summer holidays from 10am to 10pm (except Sunday when we close at 8pm).
Annual Membership will be offered at a special rate of £10 for the year. This offer will last until the end of the summer holidays when it will go up to £15 so make sure you buy your membership asap.
Skate prices per session (lasting 2 hours )
Members 19 and under - £2
Members 20 years + - £4
Guests - £5
Becoming a Member
You need to be a Member of Minehead EYE if you are a local who wants to use the skatepark or other facilities at the centre. You will get a membership card as well as a computer login so you can use the IT hub.
Membership will give you access to the courses and projects at Minehead EYE and you will get a discount in the café and discounted rates for skating. You will also get to have a real say in how Minehead EYE is run.
Anyone who lives in West Somerset can be a Member of Minehead EYE. If you live outside of West Somerset you can come along as a Guest instead [link to visitors page].
There are two types of membership for locals: Members (11+) and Junior Members (ages 5-10). Junior Members can only come along if they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
All members need to fill in a membership form which will need to be signed by your parent or guardian if you are aged under 16. Just download the Member or Junior Member form below, fill it in (you can do this electronically), then print and sign, or get your parent/guardian to if you are under 16 and then bring it along to Minehead EYE when we open.
We will try to get your card to you as soon as we can but please bear with us in the early days as we will have loads and loads to get sorted out!
We are also asking all members to fill in a survey for us (we have to do this so we can tell the Big Fund about our members). You can download it here

And finally (!) we will be putting application forms in the registers for all students at West Somerset Community College in the next couple of weeks, and then coming in to collect them and take photos/fees at lunchtimes, so you can just wait for that rather than printing this out if you prefer!
