This is a strange time and we're all trying to adjust to the 'new normal'. As a result, things are going to be a little bit different at Minehead EYE, at least for now. Please watch our 'What to Expect' video for a guide on the changes currently in place.  We are doing our best to ensure you have the best possible experience with us at Minehead EYE, whilst keeping you safe and following government guidelines. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us via Facebook, Instagram, on 01643 703 155 or email us at reception@minehead-eye.co.uk. Thank You for your patience at this time.

  • Book your session the day before by calling us on 01643 703 155.

  • There will be no drop-in access to the skatepark, you must book the day before to be allocated a skate slot. This is because we are only allowed up to 6 people in the park.

  • Arrive on time, we will begin cleaning the entrance to the building 15 minutes into the session and won't be able to allow anyone else to enter.

  • Only hire equipment if absolutely necessary, although we will clean all hired equipment, it will always be safer to use your own.

  • Please leave the session on time, we have a very limited window to properly sanitise the building.

  • Stay within the park unless there is an emergency. The only exception to this will be the use of the disabled toilet upstairs.

  • Use contactless payment for sessions whenever possible. You will be able to pay for drinks and snacks upon entry to the building.

  • While hot food will not be available, cold drinks, snacks, and instant teas and coffees will be available for purchase at reception, whenever possible, please use exact change.

  • Please use hand sanitising stations regularly.

  • Please be patient with staff and other park users.

  • If you are accompanying a child, please keep supervising adults to a minimum, prefereably no more than one adult per child within the building.
